What is The Breath List?

The Breath List is a music-led breath work experience where sound guides the nervous system before words are introduced. Carefully curated playlists create safety, emotional access and subconscious opening, allowing the breath and body to lead the experience naturally.

What gives the Breath List its Edge?

The breath journeys are rooted in music and rhythm, creating a powerful somatic experience. Gentle guidance and carefully placed language is woven throughout to support you. Never overwhelming the space, but offering grounding and encouragement when needed.

Why does music play such a big part?

Music speaks directly to the nervous system. It bypasses the thinking mind and meets emotion and sensation in the body. This creates safety and trust, allowing the breath to move organically and the body to process without force.

Is this safe if I’ve never done breath work before?

Yes. The Breath is designed to be gentle and body-led.

Before starting any private sessions, an onboarding process is required for beginners to become familiar with their own breath.

Will there be verbal guidance?

Yes, but language is used intentionally and sparingly. Words arrive as a second layer, gently supporting what is already unfolding rather than directing or controlling the experience.

What happens during a session?

As music and your breath begin to work together, the body may release stored emotion, memory or sensation. This happens naturally, without needing to search for anything or relive experiences mentally.
