Designed to deepen connection to self, release emotion and elevate collective Energy.
This is 6 × 30 min sessions held just for you. No agenda other than yours. We work closely with your breath and nervous system, creating space to decompress, regulate and come back to yourself.
So you can keep going without running on empty.
This is where the noise quiets. Where you remember who you are beneath all the doing.
Intentional, personal and shaped entirely around what you need most right now. Your container begins from your first session and is held across 7 weeks.
Online Group Breath
A live, safe space for Group Breath, designed for each season of your life.
Deepen connection, release what may have you feeling stuck and elevate collective energy
This is 6 months of consistent, held breath work, short, regular sessions designed to fit around everything your already carrying.
A space that doesn’t disappear when life gets loud. A practice that builds with you, month by month, season by season.
For the woman who knows this work is changing her and wants to stop starting over. Who wants to stop dipping in and out and instead build something lasting, a regulated nervous system, a deeper relationship with herself and a capacity to hold more without breaking.
This is the long game and you’re ready for it.

Hello & welcome. Im Lucy, An ambitious mother of 2 little women. Navigating life’s experience since my own awakening . The breath has helped me reconnect to my authentic self and completely shifted my perspective on life.
Breath work found me in 2023, in one of my most challenging seasons. It gave me permission to speak my truth and make life changing decisions which pushed me closer to a life of freedom, more choices and a new found confidence.
After witnessing my own transformation, having a deeper knowing, walking away from my marriage, learning how to be enough by myself whilst expanding and raising 2 little humans, I couldn’t not share what I had found & felt with the rest of the world.
Holding space for others while they breathe through their own transformational journey, is such a gift & honour to witness.
Healing can be such a beautiful process when you start from within
